• No Deceptive Impersonation or Fraud: You will not use our AI detection bypass or text humanization utilities to facilitate academic dishonesty, falsify scientific research, perpetrate fraud, or engage in deceptive practices.
• No Malicious Activity: You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform, or execute automated bots or denial-of-service attempts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Media: UnmarkPro claims zero ownership, license, or copyright over any images, video frames, text, or files processed through the application. All intellectual property rights in your original deliverables remain exclusively yours.

Our Platform: The UnmarkPro interface, code, brand name, logo emblem, proprietary optical reconstruction algorithms, and processing engines are the exclusive intellectual property of UnmarkPro Digital Labs and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

UnmarkPro is an independent digital tool laboratory. All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks referenced on this website (including Google, Gemini, Veo, OpenAI, Sora, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Adobe, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) are the property of their respective trademark holders.

UnmarkPro respects the intellectual property rights of creators. Because UnmarkPro processes all media 100% locally in the user's web browser, UnmarkPro does not host, store, or transmit user images, videos, or documents on any server.
