1. Data Processing Architecture: Information We Do NOT Collect
UnmarkPro was intentionally engineered with an in-browser sandbox architecture to guarantee absolute privacy:
- Zero Media Transmission: Images, video files, C2PA manifests, and text inputs dropped or pasted into UnmarkPro are decoded locally in client-side memory. No files are uploaded to any external server.
- No User Account Tracking: We do not require you to create an account, register an email address, or provide any identity documentation to access our tools.
- No Metadata Retention: When our C2PA manifest remover strips provenance tags, the operations are executed via local binary byte arrays on your device.
2. Information You Voluntarily Provide
The only personal data we ever receive is information you choose to submit voluntarily:
- Contact Inquiries: If you use our Contact Form or email our support desk directly, we receive your name, email address, and message content solely to answer your inquiry.
- Retention Period: Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to address your technical question, and is deleted upon resolution or upon request.
